Terms and Conditions

This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this ___ day of __________, 2025, by and between:

CandC Tech Institute, a registered business located at No. 87 Tetlow Road, Imo State, Nigeria, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider,"

and

[Client Name], residing or operating at [Client Address], hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider shall provide website development and tech training services to the Client.

1. Legal Effect

This Agreement shall constitute a legally binding contract between the parties upon execution. Both parties acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms herein.

2. Website Development Services

• The Client shall pay a non-refundable agreement fee of ₦45,000 to CandC Tech Institute.
• This fee covers the development of specific websites as mutually agreed upon in writing.
• No refund shall be issued once payment has been made, regardless of project status or outcome.
• The scope, timeline, and deliverables shall be detailed in a separate project proposal or annex.
• Upon completion of the website, the Client agrees to pay a monthly renewal fee of either ₦20,000 or ₦15,000, depending on the type and complexity of the website developed. This fee covers ongoing maintenance, hosting, and support services.
• The applicable renewal fee shall be determined and documented prior to the commencement of development.

3. Tech Training Program

• Students enrolling in any tech course offered by CandC Tech Institute shall pay a 60% down payment prior to the commencement of the course.
• The remaining 40% balance shall be paid no later than the end of the second month of the course.
• Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in suspension or termination of access to course materials and instruction.
• All payments made toward training programs are non-refundable.

4. Amendments

This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written document signed by both parties.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

6. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first written above.
